Systematic reviews are the highest level of evidence synthesis in medicine and science. They provide the most complete, unbiased, and reproducible summary of what is known about a clinical question — and they form the evidentiary foundation on which regulatory decisions, clinical guidelines, payer coverage policies, and public health recommendations are built. Our systematic reviews division is offered entirely free of charge as a public and scientific community service, because the best available evidence should belong to everyone.
Free Public Service — No Fees. No Exceptions.Every systematic review we conduct follows the highest methodological standards. Our process is built on PRISMA reporting guidelines, Cochrane Handbook methodology, and GRADE evidence quality assessment. We begin with prospective protocol development and PROSPERO registration before the first search is run. Our process includes comprehensive multi-database searching, dual independent screening and data extraction, rigorous risk of bias evaluation, and quantitative meta-analysis where data permit.
Our collaborative authorship program is open to clinicians, researchers, academics, and scientists who wish to contribute to the development and publication of peer-reviewed systematic reviews. Contributors are paired with our methodology team and participate from protocol design through publication. Named authorship is awarded strictly in accordance with ICMJE criteria based on genuine intellectual contribution — not on payment or affiliation. This program is completely free. There are no participation fees, no publication fees charged to contributors, and no financial exchange of any kind.

The decision to offer systematic reviews as a free public service is the most important strategic and ethical decision we have made. An organization whose core identity is evidence synthesis cannot allow commercial interests to shape that evidence. By keeping this division entirely independent and entirely free, we protect the integrity of the science, maintain the trust of journals and regulatory agencies, and demonstrate to every client in every other division that scientific integrity comes before everything else.
PRISMA-compliant, PROSPERO-registered, free public service through peer-reviewed publication.
Heterogeneity assessment, sensitivity analyses, and GRADE evidence quality rating.
Open enrollment — ICMJE-compliant authorship based on genuine contribution. Free.
